Superman always called his "Mom" by her name , Also I think the reason Batman stops fight after hearing her name " Save Martha " is bcoz he realizes Lex is behind all this and using them to fight against each other , Remember he is the Genius and thinks Smarter than everyone else
It was the director's fault, not the fans... I mean come on it's superman and batman, the oldest, grandest and most recognized superheroes of all times, why won't the fans get aggressive...
I haven't seen much of these superhero movies but I went to see BvS and I was really disappointed. I was okay that they decided to go dark, aesthetically and story-wise, but the story is as "good" as a Transformer movie. Yeah, I agree, the director of this movie is more about visual style than storytelling and OF COURSE Superman will be dark, it's like you hire Tim Burton to direct a Superman movie, almost the same color palette.

I thought he was an "okay " lex luthor in the sense that he thinks he's smarter than everyone else which I think Jessie really tried to convey to the audience as much as he could. However I do think he reminded me of the joker a little too much but other than that I really loved the charisma and the fact that it wasn't the "boring old lex luthor version" from previous movies

I have to say the Honest Trailers are my favorite thing from that channel. The Sins segment can get a bit ridiculous, but these are usually quite good and actually pretty honest. I also liked the whole "suck at your job" thing. You are a reporter Clark....how do you not know who one of the richest people on the planet is? Plus it works in general since Clark really would have been fired if he hadn't "died" in this movie. You are told to do an article on a sports team....do the darn article! The movie had some good moments and as a whole wasn't a bad movie. I just think....they really could have done better. Don't cram so much into one movie and...make the characters act like themselves. Don't have Batman turning into the Punisher or Superman...basically turning into Batman. Superman should smile and let Batman do the brooding!

Ansel Fernandes Yea the problem is like oh bruce wayne we've seen him in a billion different comics how does clark not know what he looks like but in the movie we really don't see him out in public or anything like that and clark is relatively new at this point he was either a traveling bum or in smallville so why would he know who bruce wayne was by face.
Also Bruce Wayne is famous for being a billionare playboy and he hasn't been that for around 20 years so I don't know why someone new to journalism who specializes in criminal and human interest stories would know what a 40 year old forgotten billionare looks like
that flash part wasn't explained in the video. As you can see in the movie, something bad happens to lois and superman blames batman for that, and he is captured and tortured by him. the world is apocalyptic now(as you can see in his dream sequences) and everything is lost now. the flash came back to tell bruce wayne to team up the heroes so that that future would never happen. well, flash didnt come up at proper time, n that explains why he asked bruce, "am i too soon?". now, that apocalyptic future is not gonna happen, because batman is teaming up the justice league as you can see in the JL comiccon trailer. the future that flash came from will never be revealed in the DCEU, so thats lost and new future is waiting for them, n us too. i think u get it now!
Hey Jaby, I think when they said - You suck at the job, it probably meant that he sucked at his job as a journalist because Bruce is very popular and rich and every journalist would know about him.
you need to watch the ultimate edition because it gives more depth to Luthor's plan & you can tell that warner bros messed the by getting rid of different scenes & reediting the entire movie. that whole Martha thing isn't about them having the same name but it snaps Batman out of his killrage & shows him 3 things:1. that he & Superman are not to different, 2. that Superman has family that he about & is not some uncaring alien, & 3. that Batman has become just like Joe Chill & the other criminals.
U can have any opinion abt the movie but the Superman vs Batmab Fight scene was the Coolest 😘😘👌👌 , and this version of batsman was So Cool and Badass I loved it 👏👏

I liked the movie had a lot of philosophy in it .. it wasn't a thoughtless entertainment flick like marvel movies. don't get me wrong I do enjoy marvel movies they are great! and I cant wait to watch doctor strange one of my favourite comic book character's... But I did like that DC was taking a different road and not the Disney happy go lucky route..
Ther is no reason to have philosophy in a movie if it is pointess philosophy. They say something ones and never again. Its sad that DC takes the lazy road, I would like to see an dark DC Movie with the qualety from the animaited series´s/movies.

Doomsday killed Superman I think but in the movie Batman does I think but not really bc of the kryptonite but seriously he’s very skilled but still is a human not even a meta & Superman has godly powers how did he manage to even punch him properly that’s not comic book accurate & one of the many reasons civil war is better is cause they made the right person win, captain America.. iron man & Batman is basically the same rich, rely on weapons, & Superman & captain America is the same except Superman is STRONGER... plus the airport scene obv✌🏼
