Into the Spider-Verse is the most surprised I have ever been with a movie. I figured it was going to be okay, it seemed like an inoffensive animated movie. I really, really was not expecting it to be so incredible. Jaw dropping, ever part of it. A movie with a strong message that doesn't get lost up its sphincter, great action, amazing visuals, hilarious and just has the guts to go with the most insane wacky story.

Right?! Like normally spiderman getting killed in a spiderman movie wouldnt be received well and would mean the end of the movie because you can't have a movie without it's main character. Doing it in a movie with spider people from across the multi verse was brilliant. They made us feel that pain and impact in the short time we knew perfect Peter perhaps because we automatically connect him with how much we already love Peter Parker and then we got to meet all the other spider people including getting to see miles become spiderman and it didn't take away from the importance of that death at all

It's weird seeing Honest Trailers and MrSundayMovies talking with Matt Mercer considering they've both reviewed a whole bunch of the stuff Matt's actually starred in. Then again, according to IMDB, it's kind of hard to find a thing released in the last 10 years that Matt Mercer hasn't secretly starred in.

Jacob Barlow Just watch Critical Role. It's amazing. I personally recommend starting with the second campaign. The first episode is called "Curious Beginnings."

Tbf I am a native speaker and I was reading the subtitles. They hired someone who butchers every other word. They could have done anything from not doing it, find someone who can speak Spanish or having them throw random Spanish words mid sentence: like most movies do AMIGO

AtomTheRed yeah it was dreadful. Like they grabbed an English script, google translated it, and then had some woman who had some vague (emphasis on vague) understanding of the language to read it and never fixed any basic grammar and pronunciation errors. She misgendered nouns, made up words that don’t exist (clonico doesn’t exist), and completely mispronounces words (no one in the Spanish speaking world pronounces “prohibido” like she did). It was bad.
