i think the behind the scenes info of the movie are way more interesting than the actual movie like how this movie was financed tommy's weird unknown immigration and fortune and the whole story about his failed acting like his failed underwear clothing line commercial and how he kept that billboard up for years to promote his film in LA for everyone to see and .like finding out about tommy's original idea to have johnny be a dracula the whole time revealed at the end is weird but makes total sense when you rewatch the film knowing this but it was cut out of the film...that stuff is hilarious..hes a real life weirdo alien man baby attention seeker with a dream after being denied and an inspiration to all weirdos

How could this possibly have cost 6 million bucks to make? He wrote, directed & produced it so there is no outlay for that. The closest thing to a special effect is the green screen roof. The actors are people nobody has ever heard of. Being generous with the acting fees, crew, locations etc this film could not possibly have cost more than a million dollars to make. The first Terminator film 19 years earlier cost 6.4 million-even allowing for inflation how could something with big stars like Arnie Michael Biehn, Linda Hamilton & Paul Winfield a name director & writer, tons of special effects etc cost the same as this?
