Our first Independent Feature Film is a necessary addition to the landscape of film's about Mental Illness. While many of them are masterworks by geniuses of the craft - they stigmatize and vilify people who become sick, and what's worse, can dissuade them from seeking treatment or the support they need. Mother's Day is an honest portrait of two people, and two people who struggle, like all of us - and, "That is Okay."
