Can you tell me what the red sauce that was added to the honey is? Or the sauces they poured onto the chicken? And what was the white powder they shook onto it? I don't live in Korea, I have no idea what these sauces and powders are. I guess, but I know I'm wrong. I wish those making these would tell us, I have to beg for the answer.

자르고 튀긴다는걸 못봤네요

어도 초벌로 반만튀기고 그런다음자르고 안까지빠삭하게 튀기는게 포인트네요 기름은 빠져나옵니다.

기름 먹으면 손님이 찾을리가 없죠..
