Many of my recipes are not found in typical Chinese restaurants. Like bitter melon, salmon stir fry, Chinese scrambled eggs, and boneless chicken. Thanks for watching!!
I know you're not talking about dark soy sauce in this recipe, but I have a question. Can I ask you what brand black or dark soy sauce do you use/recommend? I bought a large bottle of Pearl River Bridge Dark Soy Sauce from Amazon and it is very strong harsh salty flavor, its also thin not like syrup at all, it taste like a concentrated regular soy sauce, not one bit sweet. I'm not sure if its actually correctly dark soy, maybe its miss-labeled or maybe this is what this brand is supposed to taste like. As you, I do like their Light Soy Sauce and thats why I also bought their Dark.
@@jagabaya123 I used Healthy Boy Thai Black Soy Sauce in the past but my Asian store was out last time I was there so thought to see what you use. I may just order what I used before then, thanks for the response, Love Love Love your recipes.
