Oh my gosh I am so excited about this guy I’ve been waiting for something to streamline my emails and be able to connect them all together instead of sending separate emails for scheduling contract and proposal etc. I’m really hoping that there will be a gallery integrated if I could use a honey book for all aspects of my business and not have to go to other parties that would be priceless
What about a scheduling feature? Is there an option to add a calendar so that my leads can see if I have availability on their desired date? I feel like without knowing my availability, it’d be pointless to book, sign contract (without a date in place) and pay their invoice. If not, what’s a method you suggest to incorporate my availability?
@@lingwaters8325 Sorry they're called Smart files now - they were in BETA for ages and used to be called Flows - haha so I still forget they changed the name. But yes, you can do this with Smart Files

My only issue with Honeybook has been that they don’t let me set an expiration date on the contracts less than 7 days. Sometimes I offer a discount for only 24 or 48 hours. Can smart files let me do that?
Oooh this is a great question! I’m not sure. I know you can manually expire a file at any point on the back end which could be a work around for you depending on how many proposals you send

YES!!! You can expire them whenever you want now! This is awesome! That means I can offer my clients a limited time discount if the book within 24 hours !! Yay!
Thank you for sharing this!!! I like the smart files, but I find it a little more challenging than the legacy files. I wish there was a way to have my clients schedule their date on my calendar without needing to use another scheduling app like Acuity. Unfortunately, this doesn't fix that issue.
Hmm true! But I think they will only see the proposal and be prompted to sign and such if they make a selection and go through all the steps. And remember that when someone reaches out, they want to know pricing and booking steps so it’s not too much to show them the process - many people appreciate the clarity
You can still use your workflows and automations with smart files - and I have a few new triggers for my automations like sending a questionnaire at the moment someone signs etc
