Like you, I love my Alpha & Bravo. I never did preorder the Charlies due to the issues at the start. I went with Virpil rudder pedals and happy with them. Perhaps some day I'll grab some Charlies as a backup (to go along with my backup Alpha & Bravo). I do hope this all gets resolved soon. It's been a complete mess and so very confusing about who actually is in control of the company.
I was an early pre-order of the Charlie pedals. I just received an email with a FEDEX tracking number for delivery so patience has evidently been rewarded. Still don't understand the organizational drama but am happy to report that the Honeycomb Charlie delivery looks to be as advertised with their August delivery projection.
I had given up on my nearly 2 year old prepaid Charlie pedal order and recently bought an other set of pedals. Around the middle of August I received an notice that my order was shipped. I am glad to report that it is now in my possession. I now have the second generation of Alpha, the Bravo and Charlie flight controls.

I was communicating with San Diego and my Charlies are scheduled to arrive Tuesday after pre-paying 1.5 years ago. Is there any way to tell which version I get? Snakebite or the one from Nikki?
I pre-ordered the Charlie peddles in March of 2023 and paid for them. Got a lot of emails telling me about the problems going on from Nikki. Was told they would be shipped out starting this past June. I've received nothing and again delayed. I just cancelled my order, don't trust them anymore. But now I'm told there will be a delay in refunding my credit card for the paid amount. Man, this thing just keeps getting worse. Can't even get my money back in a timely manner.
I have been communicating with Honeycomb since they announced that they’re shipping preorders by the end of June. It was always the same response from them. “Sorry for the delay, but it should be shipped in a couple of weeks” they said. After weeks of waiting, on the 5th of august, I finally asked them to refund me my preorder. However, they mentioned that they should be sending out the rest of the preorder this week, and if I still wanted the refund, it’s gonna be delayed due to unforeseen technical issues. So I gave them another chance and told them I’ll wait. A day later, I get an email from my pilot store saying they have the Charlies in stock. So I ordered them and should be receiving them tomorrow according to the tracker. I guess im asking for that refund. It frustrates me that they prioritized other companies that ordered them so they can sell them on their website instead of prioritizing the individuals that preordered them more than a year ago. Lesson learned, dont buy anything directly from Honeycomb!
I called mypilotstore and was told that their pedals were from Nicki. Has anyone received their unit and confirmed provenance against the Ryder comparison of theirs and Snakebyte’s versions?
I keep communicating with them and the promise dates just keep coming and going and still no rudder pedals, was told they would ship the remainder of the preorders this week, well it is now Thursday evening and no shipping info yet!
This has been a mess. I wouldnt buy a honeycomb product if it was 90% off. Especially when companies like thrustmaster and winwing are on the move producing new products
