Lost my dad last night... He was 68 years old. Luckily, I'll never have to tell anyone he was 69. Thanks to everyone involved in creating this podcast. It was oddly timely and cathartic.

I'm really sorry, and I have been where you are. That is too young to lose your dad, but I hope I can help you through by sharing my experiences so you know what to expect. I promise not to make this about me, but rather help you in this unprecedented time of sorrow. You may have initial feelings that it was your fault and that you could've saved him. IGNORE ALL THAT; I don't know the circumstances, but his time was his time and you did the best you could. Just man up for your family, as they'll need a lot of support now. Keep in mind that this sorrow doesn't just heal eventually, but also empowers you over time. You're going to be going through a lot of anger, so just let out whatever is going through your head. Watch your fists; don't go punching something hard and making the pain worse. Just scream, talk, anything cathartic. Hugely helpful tip, get a big Lego set or something. Anything to kill the time and be productive. Start a hobby, whatever. It makes the beginning period a lot easier. After you just go through the cycle of all this, you'll become empowered by such a loss. It will put the task on you of being as great as he was (or wasn't), and it builds strength. Stay tough, and keep your close ones close; this is when they are there for you.

So the countries who held their citizens hostage for the shortest amount of time have the lowest virus rates and ill health. The Germ Theory was never actually proven to be 100% accurate, yet the trillion dollar medical industry is entirely based on that theory. What's the CAUSE of death in people with this "virus"? Does their brain explode? Does their heart stop beating? The CAUSE of death is still pneumonia. Pneumonia is not something you can "catch". It's a biological result of being "scared to death" of something. Think of it like an internal wound that you can't see, but when it starts to heal (when the traumatic event dissipates), the healing of the wounds in the lungs will cause pain, mucus, blood, fever, headaches, coughing, etc. You don't show the symptoms of "disease" until you stop being panicked and afraid. These symptoms usually show up 1-2 weeks after you've relaxed and resolved the upsetting event. So governments around the world are CAUSING fear frights in everyone based on an unproven THEORY by one man, Louis Pasteur, who redacted his claim of the germ theory on his death bed, yet no one listened. So of course, when everyone is allowed to escape the hostage situation the governments have put their people into, and they start relaxing about the "scary virus" that's not in any way transmissible, they will begin their healing phase (get sick), and believe they then have the "scary virus", and more panic will ensue as well as martial law. The longer people allow this government to hold them hostage in their homes, the more severe the "sickness" will be. Western Medicine is pure fraud, and people's lives are destroyed because of it. People do not get sick from germs and diseases are not "catchable." Disease starts in the brain with a traumatic, unexpected and stressful event. The best example and most commonly referred to mass illness event was the Great Flu of 1918. It set the stage for the current dogma that the "flu" has a season....fall. The flu of 1918 began in the fall, but what else was of great significance that also occurred during the same time in 1918?? The German Chancellor officially announced the end of World War I. Two weeks following that announcement, millions and millions of people who were directly affected by the very first World War went into the healing phase. The healing phase of a Territorial Fear is Bronchitis and flu-like symptoms. The healing phase of being scared to death for yourself or someone you love is pneumonia and tuberculosis, and lung tumors. None of these symptoms will appear when someone is in the conflict stage. All of them appear when you go thru the healing phase and the conflict is resolved. So millions of people began with these very serious illnesses given the length of time the war lasted, and this was all before the invention of antibiotics in 1929 which would have helped most people. This was also a time of food rationing, so the proper amount of protein needed when a tumor begins to degrade wasn't available. More people died in Europe than the US because the war was fought over there. And from that very event, we are told all around the world to get our vaccinations to prevent something that is directly caused by the things happening only in our own lives such as the disappointment of the end of summer, the trauma of a child starting school for the first time who doesn't want to go, the stress of having a new school routine after leisure time all summer.....can you see the pattern here? If you cannot "catch" cancer, arthritis or diabetes from another person, then you cannot "catch" a cold or flu. There is no such thing that only SOME diseases are communicable, but not all. Everything is based on the Germ Theory that was never proven to be 100% accurate from the very beginning.

OMG. I've never heard anyone else talk about Ralph Waldo Emerson before. My favorite quote ever is one of his. "Treat a man as he is, and he will remain as he is. Treat a man as he can be, and he will become what he should be." That quote was the basis of a best man speech I gave at my best friend's wedding.

This is actually my first episode of Honey Dew I'm watching. I've been a Swardson fan since before Grandma's Boy and keep my jeans as high and tight as i can. I wasn't expecting this ep to hit as hard as it did. A few years ago my mom developed Pre Progressive Aphasia and she is slowly deteriorating. She can't write, type, or do basic maintenance on her own anymore, and it is so difficult for her to even form a complete sentence and speak clearly. She's only 54 years old and it came out of nowhere about 6 years ago and there is no cure or even treatment. There is nothing to do but take a knee and run down the clock. Seeing someone deteriorate so completely after they worked so hard their entire lives is absolutely devastating.

Swardson has the raddest attitudes about so many things. He has never been afraid to show vulnerability and keep it completely real, but this really showed new sides of him. Kudos. Great stuff! Cool to see him have such respect for his dad, and still be able to find the humor in trauma and loss. Nick Swardson is a treasure. Saw him on one of the "Sandler & Friends" tours a few years ago and he was the funniest by far. (Norm was not on this leg of the tour, or else it would have been close... haha)

I can identify with Swardson's drinking. This episode made me thirsty and that Sailor Jerry and Coke is on the way. You're right Nick, drinking is awesome.

Aww I love Nick Swardson!! He’s so hilarious! My favorite movie he was in was A haunted House. I also really love his stand up. 💜
