Thanks for a thorough explanation for maintaining the UV100E1043 system. UV lamp stopped working over a year ago, had ordered a new bulb, but it still did not work. Recently installed 200AMP power panel and rewired my home and it turns out the outlet socket I used was bad and replaced, but the unit still did not light. I didn't know about the reset button on the bottom of the unit, so, thanks so much for your video - reset fixed my issue.
