her mother shouldnt be angry at her eating brcause she lost so much weight and I think that eating food on cheat days are bery rewarding to people on a diet ☺☺

1vn_xoGG her mother is just worried. Instant gratification can erase hard-earned-results really easily. Sun-young herself stated her goal and she’s only halfway there. As someone who was obese before, a cheat day is good if it’s controlled. A fully self-indulgent unhinged cheat day can easily lapse you back into old habits and break your routine.

Did you watch the previous episode where she got a check up? They care about the weight as essentially she needs to have a balanced diet plan and exercise or else her health will deggrade further. The doctor said that her heart arteries are aged like those of ages in the 60's and she's still young. If she was my sister, I would have worried too.

Did intermittent fasting and light but regular exercises, lost 14kg in 5 months (i started at 106kg). After that i reached a plateu and my motivation went downhill. Trying to get my motivation up again. Wish me luck peeps!

Plateu is a normal thing. You might reach plateu a few times. It affects me as well when i got my first plateu, but when I read a lot and realize that it's normal, i got my motivation back. I'm hitting my second plateu now, but i just keep going.. Fighting!!!!

Sun Young should be a chef or food reviewer. She would be awesome at it. She just needed to lose a little weight to be healthy and learn how to moderate what she eats.. but when she eats she makes it look too good! Plus she's a great cook!

Fatphobia is so rampant in all of this it's disgusting. Skinny people can die because if high cholesterol, stroke, heart disease, and diabetes as well. I haven't seen them do a wellness check up on her since she started her "diet" so why they really making her diet???!!!

To people losing weight like her, you shouldn't be too hard on your cheat days! Eat as much as you can and be responsible enough to know your limitations. Burn those calories 3-5 hours after you eat. Also, don't eat less when it's not your cheat day but eat right! Choose the right food for you. Not eating doesn't amount to losing weight because your body will actually conserve the food you last eat and store them as fat. Also, your metabolism slows down so definitely eat right, not eat at all! 😊

Eating fast wouldnt make you full, you in up wanting more food. Eating slow and take your time to enjoy the food is better in my opinion. But I do get it, since it her cheat day she should enjoy whatever she want.

It’s great she lost weight but I’m a bit worried about her mentality. Diets help shrink the stomach, and teach you how to eat in moderation and cheat days are a great way to see how much from before you can eat while enjoying your old favorites. Compared to her older videos and the present, she’s lost weight but I don’t see much change in her understanding of food. She just keeps shoving it in eagerly not really enjoying it seems like. But that’s just my opinion no hate please. Ps I’m not a fan of corn dogs but I would love to try that mozzarella corn dog with sour cream.

Really nice to see her rewarding herself for managing to lose weight, however I would not recommend most people to go on a cheat day if you really don’t need it. Most importantly tho, she needs to be able to maintain her diet so she doesn’t yo-yo back. I’d suggest her to go and get coach Greg’s cookbook, she could eat all the French toast and popcorn she wants.
