Hong Kong Kowloon Walled City Park, Kowloon Walled City Park is a historical and cultural park in Kowloon City, Hong Kong, built on the site of the former Kowloon Walled City. Opened in 1995, the park features traditional Chinese architecture, landscaped gardens, and relics that celebrate its unique past. Once a densely populated and ungoverned settlement, the Walled City was known for its maze-like structure and vibrant community. Today, the park offers visitors a serene environment with attractions such as the Yamen, South Gate remnants, and various themed gardens, providing a glimpse into the area's rich history.
The park consists mainly of eight landscape features: the Yamen, Old South Gate, Eight Floral Walks, Garden of Four Seasons, Garden of Chinese Zodiac, Chess Garden, Mountain View Pavilion, as well as the Fei Sing Pavilion and Guibi Rock.
The Yamen is located in the center of the park and is the only remaining old Qing building. Built in 1847, its interior was dominated by the offices of the Commodore of the Dapeng Brigade and the Kowloon Assistant Military Inspectorate. It was designed with three rows and four wings of houses. Its walls and column bases are built from bricks and granite, while the roof is a traditional structure covered with cylindrical and flat tiles. After 1899, the Yamen was used for charitable purposes, such as housing the elderly. It is now officially classified as a declared monument in Hong Kong. Six exhibition rooms are housed inside.
The original site of the South Gate has been designated as a declared monument, and all related relics unearthed have been preserved. Flagstone pavement, cornerstones of the buildings, and a drain were discovered. Additionally, two granite plaques with Chinese characters for "South Gate" and "Kowloon Walled City" were unearthed at the site of the original gate when the Walled City was torn down in 1994.
The Garden of Chinese Zodiac features 12 Chinese zodiac sculptures. They are arranged according to the Heavenly Stems (Tiangan) and Earthly Branches (Dizhi) in Chinese astrology.
The Guibi Rock was carved from Taihu stone. It is named Guibi because its veins are similar to those of ancient jade. The Fui Sing Pavilion symbolizes a constellation of literature and wisdom. Guibi Rock also symbolizes the hope of returning Hong Kong to China.
The Mountain View Pavilion provides a view of the Lion Rock, which resembles a lion sitting with its head facing the Pavilion.
There are four large chessboards built on the ground with pebbles for visitors to enjoy a game of chess. (It is not included in this video)
Located to the west of Yamen, Kwong Yam Square is a garden where flowers of the four seasons can be seen.
Since April 2009, there has also been a permanent exhibition in the park about the history of the site. It consists of one outdoor display area and six exhibition rooms located inside the Yamen (Closed on Wednesday).

九龍寨城公園是一座位於香港九龍城的歷史文化公園，建於昔日九龍寨城的原址上。該公園於1995年開放，擁有傳統的中式建築、景觀花園和慶祝其獨特歷史的遺跡。昔日的九龍寨城曾是一個人口稠密、缺乏管理的聚居地，以其迷宮般的結構和充滿活力的社區而聞名。如今，公園為遊客提供了一個寧靜的環境，有衙府、南門遺址和各種主題花園，讓人一瞥該地區豐富的歷史。
公園主要由八個景觀特色組成：衙府、南門、八徑異趣、四季同馨 - 廣蔭庭、生肖倩影 - 童樂苑、棋壇比弈遊弈園、邀山樓、魁星半亭以及歸璧石。
衙府位於公園中心，是唯一保存下來的清代建築。它建於1847年，內部曾是大鵬協府和九龍巡檢司衙署的辦公場所。衙府的設計為三進四廂房，牆壁和柱基由磚和花崗岩建成，屋頂是傳統的筒瓦和平瓦結構。1899年後，衙府被用於慈善用途，如收容老人。它現在被正式列為香港法定古蹟，內有六個展覽室。
南門的原址被指定為法定古蹟，所有出土的相關遺物都得到了保存。在原南門遺址發現了石板路、建築物的基石和排水溝。此外，當寨城在1994年拆除時，還出土了刻有「南門」和「九龍寨城」字樣的兩塊花崗岩牌匾。
生肖倩影 - 童樂苑擁有12個中國生肖雕像，按天干地支排列。
歸璧石由太湖石雕刻而成，因其紋理類似古代玉璧而得名。魁星半亭象徵著文學和智慧的星座。歸璧石也象徵著香港回歸中國的希望。
邀山樓提供獅子山的美景，獅子山像一隻坐著頭朝向邀山樓的獅子。
公園內有四個用鵝卵石鋪成的大型棋盤，供遊客享受下棋的樂趣。(未包括在此影片中)
衙府西側的廣蔭庭是一個四季花卉盛開的花園。
自2009年4月起，公園內還設有一個關於該地歷史的常設展覽。展覽包括一個室外展示區和位於衙府內的六個展覽室 (逢星期三休館)。
