Hey!!! your video is really great to have HK Style fooooood introduced! Have you ever thought of bringing a local wine with your food? It must be much much classy and interesting! I bet you can start from "The Urban Project", a Hong Kong Pride! They're made in Hong Kong!!
Hi, I just want to ask a question, why you make the french custard Is yellow in colour? And I following your receipt to make french custard but come out results is white in colour, can you pls tell what's went wrong. Or did you add any colour in . Thank you
Custard by definition has eggs in it... The food looks delicious but now there's thousands of people who think custard is a condensed milk reduction :(
I think she's ABC and never lived in HK. That's not HK (or even Vietnamese) style French toast at all when you mix milk in the egg batter. A toast is supposed to be crispy not soggy, so you never mix milk in the egg. If you do, that will be American style (soggy) French toast!
This looks amazing! Can you make Condensed Milk Peanut Butter waffle pancake - www.thatfoodcray.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/that-food-cray-mammy-pancake-11.jpg?2ed37b
