These comments replying to my original statement seem to be coming from a place of close minded ignorance. It’s obvious these individuals replying are from a different culture than where I come from. Reading the OP it’s difficult for me to see a “cringe/weird” disposition. I am assuming in your culture, to compliment a woman as being of high value is cringeworthy or weird. To say that she’s unique and rare is cringeworthy. To hope she stays true to herself and never changes is cringeworthy. If that is true in your culture I understand that. Here in America we respect other people’s right to have their own opinion. We don’t judge people for complementing a woman. I am a free man and don’t need permission from anyone to say anything. I'm from America and it's not even about being closed minded or not, girls are not attracted to guys like you because I met guys like you in highschool, university, and at work where they compliment and flatter excessively when it doesn't turn the girl on. It has quite the opposite effect, they'll see you as weirdos or gay best friend. Especially when you say it on the internet, it just makes you look weird. there is no such thing as "high value woman". This girl is just the same as any other girl. Traits that you mentioned for this girl being humble, eager to learn, bilingual, and beautiful are not rare. It's not that hard to meet one. You can meet girls similar like this in Asia or America and even more pretty than her if you can get them.
