Because it doesn't feel authentic. It feels like they are following the camera more than the camera is following them. There's a reason Dale Philip for example has over 3 million subscribers because it feels like a down to earth authentic experience.

I usually plan on google maps and google sheets and make sure to film both horizontal and vertical so I have footage for both RU-vid and reels!

HK, like most Asian countries, is relatively safe. You can take a walk or go shopping or get a bite at night. I can't say the same for USA. I visit HK once in a while and I feel like home and not worry about crimes.

Yes to the art museums- for local cafes you can use google translate for menus!

Lan Kwai Fong is an expat district. You might want to go there. I was in HK a few weeks ago. It will be very hot during summer. Tip: get a MRT card for public transportation and you can also use it to buy stuff from bakeries, 7 Eleven, mini marts, restaurants, and many other shops....very convenient. Some self-serve laundromats allow you to use MRT card to pay as well.

Immersing utensils in hot water is a custom but would not protect against Salmonella or E. coli. There are strains of both Salmonella and E.coli that are extremely resistant to heat. Noroviruses can survive in a typical steamer used for cooking shellfish. Rinsing utensils might seem better than doing nothing but proper food handling should be the focus.

hello sav, thank you for this stream of an old teahouse - the second floor dim sum's is always the more $$$ - the petite steam baskets are now in 3 sizes. how come the yellow sugar sponge cake is huge - would run across the street for a crisp porta egg tart with the burnt spots. those mini golden ones in there are not good for me. thank you for the gf who eats her 1/2 chicken with chopsticks. try to now use the soy sauce instead of ginger sauce and save it for the pig plate. elle for surround sound

hello sav , the city is looking great again from 2018 - did not think about before that the 2-level buses are better than the underground trains sometimes. if you can take a review of the tracks (little bumps) and the train downstairs - same $$ for train but slower on buses(?) would not use bikes so much on the big roads it looks like - they might get on the tracks. japan tokyo does not have 2-level buses as many - the trains downstairs were before our time there... elle for
