I'm really impressed with this phone, almost 3 years and it's still going strong. Glass surfaces cracked of course because I don't really take care of it, but no software problems such as freezing, lagging or restarting. Replaced the battery once and that's it, works like new. I think I'm keeping it for a while, has everything I need.
Mine is also working as well, I replaced the battery myself because it ran out of battery faster than anything else haha. Now its back and running as it was bought yesterday.
Their honor series is really good. Updated from 8 to 10. No complaints, it is super strong. And it survives my sanitizing, unlike the other phones i had
When mine has been stolen I bursted out crying. I loved that phone so much! It still in 2018 beats many midrangers plus the OREO update is promised by HUAWEI.
JerryRigEverything aaah i don't have facebook twitter or innstagram. But i never win anything so i think i never win this phone. Wow it's so beautifull and i like your chanell.
I got it! Bahaha. Me and my friends love Homestarrunner, so I showed them too. It brought a smile to my face, and pillaged a laugh from my lungs... Which sounds slightly more evil.
I was looking for ages for a midnight blue as soon as the phone came out and I could only find a white. You can not imagine the amount of frustration this video gives me x'D
Me too 2021 still working just with some liitle scratches :D and idk what would be the next phone, there is not so much compact phones with good hardware and good price, maybe Galaxy S10e but that is old and there isnt S20e
The best thing with the Honor 8 (I have it since Oktober 2016) is the fingerprint sensor, that can be used for shortcuts to 3 different Apps and for swiping through the Fotos or pulling down the taskbar. Additionally it was very cheap in comparison to other phones with the same features. And thanks to a nice backcover and display protecting glass it has no scratches or damages. The best phone, I ever had.
yes, I have a honor 8 bought 3 days ago, and the day after I bought it I accidentally drop it from a waist level, guess what? the rear glass just completely cracked.
stevey500 consider the fragility of rear glass, it gets annoying and you'll have to be very careful holding it, a single drop might result in entire glass replacement.
i've dropped mine around 100+ times i drop it once daily by mistake and it always lands on the back and i see no difference on it or with it at all. I drop it from Chin or Head level-ish i've dropped it some times on the front screen and it has a little mini unnoticeable mark
NoName 69 What...? It doesn't suck at any level, I'd understand if you talked about S6 since it had some flaws but S7 is pretty damn great. Best phone of 2016 for sure (RIP note 7)
Kinley Gyeltshen oh, i actually have one now lol. My one has quite good battery, I play games a lot and it usually gets down to about 10% by the end of the day 💖💖
My dad actually uses this phone and when I showed him this video he thought "who would take a razorblade to their phone" , actually he kinda hates this phone because it doesn't work with Bluetooth and other smaller stuff like that
Mine works perfectly fine with Bluetooth and other things, I have dropped my phone in a canel, my toilet and on the concrete paths. And I've had it about 2 years now. The only problem i do have is that I've used it when charging so whenever i take a photo it dies two or three seconds after, but i can switch it on about half an hour later with no change and it'll be at 50-70%
I still got this phone that 2017 till 2019 and i just upgrade to poco because the battery of my honor 8 is defect and right now 2021 im back at using it again with the support of powerbank case till New battery arrived cause my Pocophone charging port is already damage but i also order the charging port board. Every phone i have is thanks to Uncle Zack, i watch him before i buy it. Thanks again.
I used to have an Honor 8 and i loved it soo much. Its feels bad to watch that phone get harassed. I'm not being mad at JerryRigEverything. He can do whatever he wants with his phone. Just my opinion.
When bended back, 'look, it's like nothing ever happened.' Me; metal scratches, glas full scratches, finger print scanner abused. Screen took some fire... Well no, it's like nothing ever happened 😂
What this review won't tell you is that this softer level 5 scratching glass is actually very thick, and very difficult to break, due to high thickness and some softness. Same applies to Honor 9, such awesome phones that held up perfectly for 2020.
