HONWAVE T35 AE3 UNBOXING AND FIRST LOOK ( SIMPSON MARINE NEWHAVEN EAST SUSSEX ) INFLATABLE BOAT

Popped into Simpson marine Newhaven to have a chat with the guys about my fishing needs and the staff pointed me towards the T35 AE3 as it was big enough to fit all my camera gear and a camera person plus myself as well as all of my RailBlaza mounts and accessories but still fold away when not in use... Needless to say there service was the best I've received anywhere in Sussex, Christian one of the owners helped me in choosing the right boat while Aaron was there on the day of collection to help me put it up for the first time... Meanwhile Steve the mechanic was working hard to get my outboard up to scratch, And a wonderful fairly priced job he's done..
All in my overall experience with Simpson Marine has been fantastic..

My friend has this model Honwave. Once made up it’s a great sib. Mine is a t38 ie and last year we both started setting up at the same time near the slip. I was long gone while he was still faffing around with the floor. My air floor is perfectly ok to stand up and fish from just like this model. I do highly recommend the Honwave’s…

Quick tip mate put some fairy liquid mixed with water in a bottle and lube up the stringers they slip straight in. I also inflate my boat around 30-40% before putting the floor in. Lovely boat though!

Lovely boat I have the T38ie which a lot easier to set up but not such a good floor for fishing I think the Honda tight wads should give you 2 seats though

When choosing, did you try the T38 at all? I've got decisions to make and like getting different peoples opinions. Btw, I really enjoyed how clear the setup was for this video. Perfect for someone like me that is looking around at what to buy online first.

I thought about it but the t38 won't fold as good as the T35 and honestly there's more then enough space for 2 people to fish maybe even 3.. Also the boat is lighter :)

It won't be lighter then the air floor t38... Give Simpson marine Newhaven a call they might have some honwaves in Stock

the t38 folds up about the same size but into one bag not 2 , a lot lighter total weight and air V floor. t35's and t40's usually end up on a trailer because of the weight and having to fit the floor. great boats though all of them.

1) inflate the boat just a little. 2) put the paddles under the boat 3) never ever get into the boat, or the paddles will be damaged. 4)this way it's a little easier to install side rails. Not too easy , anyway. I made separate bags for floor boards, and another long bag for the rails and the seats. I use a folding engine trolley to carry everything. To inflate, 18volt leaf blowers are the best. Does 90% of the work. Makita, einhell, milwaukee etc...

1)don't deflate it with a pump , open&lock the valves and let it deflate while folding. 2) pull the side tubes towards each other,they should touch each other but don't overlap them 3)start folding the transom, then the bow.

@@chrisvandome4553 I bought a separate canvas bag for the floor boards , and another tube shaped bag for the aluminum bars. For me the weight is more managable that way. For someone else, putting everything in a single bag may be more convenient. I found a boat repair service, who says he can make a tailor made airdeck, 5cm thick. I'm tired of this wood floor, I may switch to airdeck soon.

@@boatsandoutboards9070 Unfortunately I am selling mine now. Where I live has a lot of shale and it is only a matter of time before it damages the bottom as I pull it out and into the water.

@@shorefishermanuk8081 my English are not so good therefore I have problems to discripe the positive things of the old one. I have the t35 and the t40 and must say honwave are one of the best boats. In German calls missing the "Paddelhalterung" "Ösenleiste" to fix teleflex steering are missing
