I've come to the conclusion and accepted that the reason my eye makeup never looks right and will never look right (or as good as youtubers) is I can't deal with false lashes. Every beauty guru lives for false lashes and it really does "complete" a look but I just can't lol

Dont worry girl, dont stop trying. I also had problem with applying falsies..Try half falsies for outer corners first.

Some lashes I’ve seen have a “comfort” band so that it’s more flexible and comfortable to wear. I’d also try to start out with small and wispy options and then work your way up. If all else fails, get a fiber mascara that builds up the volume and length of your lashes. Hope this helps!

Try small parts of false lashes. Put a small piece on the outside corner, for example. I can luckily make my own lashes so big that I don't need falsies. You could also try growing your lashes with castor oil.

Thank you for doing this I wanna try to do the wing vintage style again with a hooded 🧿 As much time is spent on the one eye 👁 I never spend on my whole make up I know you were just explaining and instructing and that takes longer when you’re trying to be in detail but I generally don’t spend more than 6- 8 minutes on my whole make up look.

It’s a very smart technique although my flap of skin is so long it finishes below the outer part of winged liner and that’s something that makes this trick impossible to apply :(

Me too! Net eyes are round, hooded, and downturned at the ends. The best thing I’ve figured out so far is to bring my eyeshadow out to the corners of my brow tails and put a little bit of mud-toned shadow on the bottom eyelid in the center(never the corners).
