Canada is a treasure trove of lakes strewn all across the land. These lakes are a home to many resident and migratory birds. We were lucky to witness these two beauties while out on one of our many walks on the trails that surround this lake. This diving duck is not commonly seen in our neck of the woods. We hope that they continue to visit us and enrich our experience of the world by their presence.
