Winkel Landbouwmachines (Hoge Hexel) bezig met het hooi voor melkveebedrijf Rolleman in midibalen te persen met een Claas Elios 210 en
een Agronic Midifix perswikkelcombinatie.
Rolleman stapelt ze vervolgens zelf op een platte wagen met een Claas Arion 530 en Kemp balenklem.
Winkel Landbouwmachines (Hoge Hexel) baling hay in midibales for dairy farm Rolleman with a Claas Elios 210 and an Agronic Midifix baler wrapper combination.
Rolleman himself then stacks them on a flatbed wagon with a Claas Arion 530 and Kemp bale clamp.

Great video Niels. Very interesting way to see this. Always look very handy sized round bales. Moving around a lot of square haylage and round haylage bales at work for horse customers these would be ideal for the places owners want them up the end of a narrow shed too small for a tractor.

Thanks Tim. These midi size round bales are getting quite popular. Easy to store (easy pick up with a small loader), or flip them on the side and you can roll them around if needed. Takes a bit more time making the bales though. A small (square) baler just runs on (doesn't have to stop after each bale), and a big square or round baler can take up more hay before a bale is finished. But storing and handling the bales, these are an ideal size.

Dank u. Dat klopt. Bij compact tractoren (eigenlijk professionele tuintrekkers) zie je nog wel vaak zonder cabine, een slag groter (formaat als deze Claas Elios) eigenlijk niet zo veel. Wij noemen het hier vaak formaat 'stal trekker' (wat een formaat trekker is waarmee je makkelijk in een kleine stal kan rijden). Maar wel een mooi ding.

The midi bales are usualy made as an alternative for small square bales. Usualy they don't need a lot of those, so no need to use these balers on big fields where you'd end up with hundreds of bales ;)
