Not really. The rear end needs tuning. Way too much bounce. Needs about 10% more bump stiffness and about 15% slower rebound and maybe slightly more preload
The RAV4 is NOT STOCK, far from it he utilizes fully custom fabricated Bilstein Rally inverted coilovers in the front, and in the rear he's using Bilstein triple bypass coilovers. Without these modifications the rav could not even go over a 6-inch bump, without becoming unstable. Is 8 inches of suspension travel in the front and about 9 in the rear, he's losing out on 3 to 5 in of suspension travel vs the Baja Bug. Bulls are great fun cars!
Steph Papadakis Explaining Things is top-quality youtube. Loved watching this. Once the scumbug driver figured out the aj foyt technique though, it was in a different class than the rav4
I wish Steph would have finished out his build videos on the rav4, he gave us a couple suspension build videos, teased the idea of an engine swap, then left us hanging.

That Rav4 is sick! Also, coaching someone to jump the arm drop is so lame, fortunately, the scumbug driver was noble. Also, he smoked that 3rd run! Love this series!

Holy shit he finally figured it out for the third race! Maybe the only time I've ever seen him put his hands up without snapping them down like something burned him before he could get them up. He does it like that more and he'll stop fucking up races

In the intro "stats" card you list the Rav4 as having an NA engine but at 6:05 it literally says on the engine Turbo as well as Steph saying so. Is there a delete that wasn't mentioned or is the intro card wrong? I thought I was tripping but I looked back and forth a few times now as well as looking up the 3S-GTE.
