I love how Glenn was playing in E natural and was playing chords as if he were in G natural. It makes sense because the relative minor of G is E, and they share the same diminished chord.
@Rodrick Waffer he's using E as the 1 but he's playing G major scale chords instead of E major scale chords because G major scale is identical to E minor scale. Just gives it a unique sound
@@rodrickwaffer4332look into your modes . Try this, Play your E major scale . Then .. while using the same scale, start on the 6th note of the scale (C#) and obviously end on C# . It is the same scale . Just starts on a different note which we Call relative minor because it is a C# minor scale
Just realized that Black Preachers are the original Rappers, and organist/musicians like Glenn are their supporters, timekeepers, and keyfinders. - thanks for posting!
Great analysis, but I think word “prime“ is subjective…they aren’t athletes, they are musicians who carry the anointing …You see where I’m going with this ?
@@brozay7855 I believe all of us musicians do have a prime when we get older we won’t be able play same during our peak years. You still got to have skills with anointing doc. Psalm 33:3
