Professional Commercial Cleaner here. Just got mine and will be using it tomorrow morning at work. If I can remember and find this video again I will certainly give a review to any interested. Amazing review that helped me understand my machine more. Thanks!
@@GamestarsBulgaria Thanks for reminding me. One of the best vacuums I have had but it's a strong man vacuum so it's quite heavy and the lock that let's it stand may break pretty easily. Filter is top notch and so is the cleaning but it's really hard to transport and you don't want to crease the hose or it will clog a lot. This is the only vacuum I use other than an Oreck Commercial.
Ok as a long time Kirby owner (my Omega is forty six years old and has always been trouble free) I admit that my machine is a bit difficult but heavy does signify a degree of build quality and a heavy vacuum keeps itself on the floor and really deep cleans when combined with a powerful motor
Thank you for taking the time to do the vacuum comparison and study. You saved me valuable time by doing the homework for me. I am a professional flooring contractor and install a lot of carpet. I will be clicking on your link to purchase the 15 inch model.
I have the 15" version of this for use in my home and I love it! My only real complaint is that the bag is a little bigger than the bag compartment. If you aren't careful stuffing it in there you can mess up the seal and get a dusty bag compartment. Other than that it's a great machine and has no problem with all the hair from my 85lb German Shedder...I mean Shepherd :-D
Thank you, I also was just coming to check because I just got a dog and the hair is unbelievable lol. My first inside dog and it's insane the amount of hair he loses.
I worked for a cleaning company that used these Hoover’s, they leaked dust and didn’t clean very well after the first 2 uses. They were traded in on sebo uprights
Very impressive. This would be my choice from vacuums what you have tested. I only have one upright aimed for the commercial use and that is Kärcher CV36/2 using the Sebo BS36 design. I quite like it, but it's very heavy.
@@VacuumWars Yeah it's quite weird how vacuums what are meant to be used continuously are very heavy. My Kärcher is not too heavy to push and pull, but because it's large + heavy it needs to be lifted manually quite many times. Well unless you have huge rooms without any obstacles.
Most vacs are heavy, but the Oreck was made for the ladies. Not saying that to be derogatory, but that's what the founder made them for. And yes, it would make sense but they are quite bare bones to be that light, and don't have hoses which I need from time to time :(
@@VacuumWars An Oreck or traditional soft bagged Sanitaire style machines are light, but to achieve lightness you trade away filtration, spotting hose and accept a loud vacuum. If you want HEPA filtration you almost have to have a clean air machine which in turn drives a hard plastic bag chamber that is sealed. pre motor and exhaust filtration. This is hard to do and still have a machine as light as a soft bagged dirty fan machine.
Love the comparisons! But please don't place the extension cord over your arm chest area. My sister was electricuted and passed away because of that! Please be careful!
@@kojimasan444 That doesn't keep the bag chamber and motor dust free. Just me but I want to keep all the dust and dirt inside the vacuum bag and not let any escape into the motor for the sake of maximum longevity.
It would be awesome if you tested one of the workhorse commercials vacuums. It's basically an old school Amway cleartrak that they changed the name of, and still produce for purchase by anyone.
@@VacuumWars hey love your tests and reviews as you provide excellent information. However I am curious if you can talk about the height of vacuums when you review them. Like the hoover hushtone. Is it appropriate to use in my home with my 3/4 inch tall frieze carpet??? Will it go up high enough to be effective or do I need to pick a different machine??? Thanks for any help you can provide. And keep doing a great job on your reviews.
I would like to see you try out some Italian made Lindhaus models like the CH Pro or the Dynamic for example. Those are my personal choice to use as commercial machines.
I don't understand the settings on this vacuum. "High traffic"?? "Commercial carpet"?? "Brushroll"?? What do these terms mean in regards to height adjustment? Anybody??
Modern Rainbows still have to have a pleated HEPA filter to be able to achieve HEPA levels of filtration. Fifty or sixty years ago when canister vacuums had no filtration other than a thin porous paper bag and maybe some 1/16 inch thick open cell foam for "filtration" something like a Rainbow could legitimately claim to offer superior filtration. But with modern pleated HEPA filters and synthetic microfiber dust bags a water filtration vacuum has no advantage any more, and a lot of drawbacks.
Hi, Do you have a favourite AIO hoover? One for hard floors and carpets alike, preferably one that would clean my hard floors and tiles properly as they need a proper good clean. Something like the Bissell crosswave multi-surface one iguess?
Could you do a review on the commercial 12 amp Hoover Windtunnel bagged upright with on board those, tools? And if possible could you tell me if that machine is a bypass or direct air one too or combo of both! I got this little over a year ago for my Dad and I think it's pretty good, but wanted a professional reviewers take on it.
any plans to test the maytag m1200? could you start comparing bag sizes too, like lay them next to each other for reference? thats the biggest factor i dont like about the m1200.
wait wait wait, how can you not include the royal all metal commercial in the commercial upright series? if you included a sanitaire, why not a royal????
Bought this vacuum thanks to this video. My carpets have never felt so clean after a vacuuming. It's like the cleaners came over. The squeegee on the bottom is why larger debris is left behind sometimes. It happens with pet hair a little bit. Requires a couple extra passes, so no biggie. This is replacing my Bissell Cleanview.
Our work bought the Windsors, at a cool $1000cad they’re quite expensive and break easily, we’ve spent quite a bit on repairs. Problems with the bag door not latching, filters falling off, cords breaking. They seem great because you can get all the parts, but they suck if they have all the parts readily available because they break so often. I’m considering the Hoover Commercial. It seems like a good option
Our school district bought us $700 cheap ass trident v155 vacuum shitty wont vacuum and built so cheap.if they don't replace it i quit and opening my commercial cleaning business going hoover or dirt devil.nice video lol
I did say before it reminded me of a Sebo, but actually it reminds me more of my Electrolux Professional if you’ve ever seen one. I do like that machine. Better than most garbage they churn out these days.
I’m thinking about getting this vacuum, it has a Wooden brushroll like the Classic Bagged Windtunnels, but I’m not to get the 13” or 15” version. How is it to use the attachments with it?
This vacuum is great for our wall to wall thick carpets🌼 Strong suction for picking up my long dark hair and the tiny food bits from my nephews! Satisfied with this solid purchase.
In California, this vaccum carries prop 65 warning which indicates it contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer. Any thoughts about that?
