Our water supply has way more chlorine now than a year ago. I can smell it whenever I put faucet on and I see whitish residue after I've washed my driveway or water runoff from sprinklers. We've been getting a lot of colds & flu-like sickness even my teenage gkid and her 34 yr old "healthy as an Arabian horse" dad, he works out daily with a trainer. I'm in my 60's, very active but my hair has fallen out, eyes & nose always runny, mold headache, fatigued. We eat healthy--organic, I grow many of my greens, low on meat side, no snacking on soda or junk yet 😩
@@soniag4516 You know when towels get that popcorn smell? It's the chlorine. If you can't have reverse osmosis installed, at least get a shower filter (not the Brita type, they only filter out the smell of chlorine) and use bottled water (I get the big 18L size with a hand pump) and I also put in 1/8 tsp of ascorbic acid powder (keep it stored in fridge) in the rinse cycle of my laundry (it neutralizes the chlorine - test it out and see how it works). Also, use unscented shampoo/conditioner. I've switched to the Unscented Company products (in Canada) and your hair doesn't smell like dirty hair after a day. Hope it changes and gets better for you Sonia.
Just warning about Dr. Berg: His son says he is an abusive narcissist who overcharges for supplements and gives millions of dollars into the deceitful church of Scientology. And he’s not a real doctor, he just barely keeps up his certification as a chiropractor. He gets his info from other RU-vid videos without really understanding the info he’s sharing. He has been very controlling and abusive with his wife and son. The treatment towards his son Ian Rafalko made Ian suicidal. You can find Ian’s videos on RU-vid.
