At first when they said that the "make quiet things heard" pendant was a convenient plot device but then I had this great moment of realization where I noticed Hope gave Josie the pendant to make quiet things heard because Lizzie is always talking over her or controlling things and hope wanted her to be able speak up.

But Stefan did it to protect Elena or at least to keep Damon away from her. Hope did it so Josie would have a voice to be her own person instead of doing what Lizzie told her to do & just be in the background. Atleast that's how I'm seeing it, gotta catch up on Legacies.

They have great chemistry together and it's hard not to ship them but at the same time I feel like the closest thing we'll ever get from these two will be Josie developing one sided feelings for Hope. I would hate to see how broken Josie will be if that happen so I will go with strong female friendship.

It’s actually a pretty smart thing on Hope’s part by becoming close friends with Josie. Since Hope has all this excess magic that could overwhelm her by having Josie siphon her for bigger spells it’s stops Hope from becoming too overwhelmed which could kill her

Josie looks pretty bi to me so far, given how she just kissed her ex girlfriend while still having a crush on a boy... Personally I ship Posie (Penelope+Josie) given how Raphael didn't even wait two months after losing his gf to start things with the twins... while Penelope seems willing to become the villain just so Josie learns to stand up for herself. I just pray that Josie's sexuality does not become her defining characteristic like with so many other shows trying to prove how progressive they are... Ruining a perfectly good character in the process.

@@anamariaraileanu7812 just from what I saw to me it seemed like she was bullying Josie all the time making her feel sad putting her down. I know Josie did love Penelope but they broke up, not sure who broke up with who but yea. Then Josie lit Penelope on fire for whatever it was & Josie is or was the girl who stayed quiet didn't bother anyone, nice to everyone but her ex has to make her upset when ever she can. I dunno tho, maybe im wrong. The last episode I saw was when Josie was buried alive & Hope gave her the necklace. Maybe I should just rewatch it all.

I tend to like/hate characters pretty quickly since I get so into my shows, I pick a type & stick to it until I see them change about. Hated Klaus for the longest time even tho I felt bad for the guy. Lol.
