she may have lost her way for some time but she will find it again. The truth is that she hasn't done that much. If you think of how many people other vampires killed.... even Hayley killed like 9 witches for davina and a lot of human women once she turned.

she is not a redhead IMAO. Hope is much more than that. She is traumatized, she is brave, she is smart and sympathetic. Unlike all other ''redheads'' you mention she is destined for greatness. The one creature who can unite all three factions. All in piece under her rule. She is an immortal unstoppable force of nature. Her body can produce immense magical power and contain an infinite amount of it. Just her transition awoke the gods.

Because they had no interest in having her turn yet, Hope wanted to delay her becoming a vampire for as long as possible. Also, strength doesn't equal skill. You can be super strong but if you're not skilled in fighting, someone with enough skill might still beat you.

The spell corporis impetu means body attack. She'd immobilizing him by holding him down instead of freezing him in place. Its all about intention with spells, like how incendia can be used in different ways such as a fire ball or a beam of fire or setting something on fire
