Not only did you do a great job with the tutorial, but you also did a good job displaying the included trays, etc. when you set-up the game. At least Chip Theory Games knows how to include good inserts in the game box so that set-up is easy and everything has a place in the game box once you clear up. I wish other board game companies followed suit since plastic inserts can get in the way of stuff like sleeved cards, etc. I hope CTG follows up with a bag building game like the original Puzzle Strike set in the Hoplomachus universe where you complete against another person and each player starts with 10 normal chips, which give you buying power to buy units from a netural market, tactics that can be played while in your hand, etc. and the goal would be to kill your opponent's hero to win. Or, they could make their own bag building game with the chips set their such nice quantily, and I think they would last a long time despite how many times the chips get stacked in the bag to shuffle them while you draw them from the bag.
"How long have you been watching RU-vid videos?" Well, I've been watching long enough that they're reprinting a bunch of board games I watched either Rodney or Ricky Royal cover via tutorials and/or playthroughs way back when.
Supporting a local (to me) crew like Chip Theory Games is a no-brainer; finding a CTG that resonated with my tastes... that's a bit trickier. I *wanted* to love my Too Many Bones Undertow stuff, but just couldn't gel with it. I've been intrigued by Hoplo for quite a long time but didn't take the plunge. Victorum didn't feel like a fit either. When I saw what Remastered was about, I finally jumped into the CTG pool again. Thanks for another super helpful video!
While I do my best to answer all questions in my videos, I avoid going into individual card effects and effect interactions as that’s a level of detail beyond what I can remember across all the different games I’ve covered. That said, you will often find success checking BoardGameGeeks rules forum for the game, or possibly a publisher FAQ. Sorry I couldn’t assist further, but hope you find your answer.
Hard for me to answer - not sure what options you'd have for where you live. It was kickstarted and is delivering soon, but will also be available to buy from Chip Theory Games directly, I'm sure.
