Hopper: getting started with Solder Party RP2040 Stamp 

This video is more about how to wire up a Solder Party RP2040 Stamp than it is about getting Hopper up and running. I link to a generic getting started with Hopper video at the end.
This is the smallest RP2040 board I've seen that that includes a LiPo charger.
