@@youbloodybloodworktimejasper I met MGK & Tech9 in Tampa but Hopsin is the goat. I’ve been jamming out to his music for 12 years. I would have fainted if I ever met Hopsin. I’m glad he’s a good guy
@Spiral Redd nah he's just Hopsin. Eminem is not comparable. Not saying he's just that good but no need to compare every person in the game to his likeness.
Im born in ITALY and used to sing BELLA CIAO since i was i child, a song with a huge meaning and story behind...THANKS HOPSIN FOR THIS VERSION! LOVE IT...PURE FIRE!
Same not born in Italy but have Italian descent also is sentimental tome. Especially because of the meaning of Bella ciao and the history of the people's fight back.
@@sxolar. This morning I woke up oh beauty goodbye oh beauty goodbye oh beauty goodbye goodbye goodbye This morning I woke up and I found the invader (this song is from the WWII italian resistance against nazis) (ciao is both hi and goodbye, depends on the context)
Rap is not my genre by any means, but Hopsin is one of the artists I will listen to any time and every time. Dude is sheer talent. My man worked Mojo Jojo into his lyrics and it was badass. Effortless.
check out Haegeum by a Korean rapper Agust D. He wrote, composed and produced the song entirely by himself. And came up with the storyboard for the music vid, it's like a whole ass Korean neo-noir crime film lol. And he dropped a hiphop style dance choreography video for the song too, sh*t goes so hard, lots of krumping moves. Search Choreography Haegeum Dance Practice. The word Haegeum means to lift/free what was prohibited, forbidden or restricted. It's also the name of a traditional Korean musical instrument, which he used in the production of the beat.
Man between this song and Alone with me, As well as Hopsin's verse on NF's song LOST. he has absolutely been killing these past couple months. I really hope we get a new album from Hopsin soon
@@Raymond02ish all these songs he's uploading recently are a part of that album. he said something like 1 song per month, and by the end of the year it'll form a whole album
@@sews5742 yeah, but he never said he’d actually drop an album. He said he hates the idea of albums because certain songs get slept on. So he said he’ll just be releasing a song a month for the rest of the year. But he never said that he will official release them all together as an album by the end of the year. He just kind of said that this was his version of an album lol
@@PtylerBeats hell yea thanks for the info man. i respect the fuck outta this, and I'd argue this approach is working because I was gonna say the same thing Tyler did!
Bella Ciao is the anthem of the Italian resistance (called "partigiani") to Mussolini and the Nazis. Well done! I was playing ill mind of Hopsin 5 to my 14 old son and got to this new release. Hopsin, you're a gift to humanity. Thank you.
Perfect song for 14 year olds to hear, no matter what people say. I wish I would've heard it when I was in high school, it would've changed my perspective.
@@meeganmiller3837 everyone knows it, they also often play it at events close to leftists. Fascists also know it. It literally tells about a partizan fighter who says hi to his lover
Literally dude raps so hard it breaks through the universe and leaks into multiple verses Which isn't surprising for someone who raps in verses or whatever
Hopsin is my favorite Lyricist alongside Stann Smith. Been a fan since Ill mind of Hopsin 1. Been here for the ups and downs and will be riding for Hop for the long run. 💪🏿
He stopped rapping, I feel like if a rapper doesn't want to make music, doesn't have the motivation/inspiration, you won't have a good song. So I am just fine with him taking as long a break as he wants, even if it is indefinite. If he dropped a song right this instant, you prolly wouldn't have the Hopsin you hear here. I would love for him to make a return, but if he doesn't want to, he shouldn't (not just because of the quality of the music).
Hop back to remind everyone he's one of the GOATs that made it outta the underground for a reason. Looks like he's ready to come back when he wasn't even truly gone.
He’s not that underrated, he deserves to be more well known as much as Kendrick in my opinion. But he still isn’t the most underrated rapper. Check out Los King, now that man is hella underrated
I just stumbled across this for the first time and was stuck speechless. I've been paying attention to Hopsin and his music since about 2013/2014 and every time his art comes back through my orbit I am dumbfounded at the continued evolution. One of the few artist to keep pushing himself to new heights of creativity without leaving his fans gasping at the same old air they have been breathin' for years.
Every single era of hop is crazy. Numbers say different but I truly feel he is the most underrated hip hop artist of this generation. From gazing at the moonlight to this, all 10/10 for me.
Hopsin please bless us with a album! We miss you bruh. We’re dying to know about everything with you and your kid and your thoughts on everything that’s happened since the pandemic! We just need something it’s long overdue!
Is it crazy to say I don’t think he should drop an album??? He kills these singles and it might take a while for him to drop them but that means he puts way more thought and time into them to make them this fucking fire. I think that’s the reason all of his shit has been amazing since he dropped “you should’ve known”.
@@kylekatsikas113 you guys don't understand that singles are songs from his album, he chooses which ones to release a video for. It's the video that takes time to release not the songs ... He even said "everyone of the songs you're about to hear this year are from when I was going through a dark time, I'm not that person anymore so don't think I'm crying for help, jus it's what I wrote at the time but I learned to cope"
He said he not dropping an album but by the end of all the singles he drops it'll be under an album title where you can stream cuz ppl didn't know all the songs on his last 1 if that makes any sense
“Wait, my mental state is about as stable as legs on a paraplegic!” Hopsin has continuously done a phenomenal performance and creating music/lyrics that stick to you. He has spoken about mental health, involuntary loss of physical and mental functions, plus the reactions to it all. Then, manages to create an epic sound/beat/rhythm/message to others on top of it to help assist with these specific messages? Hopsin is pure GOLD, always has been and always will be. This song is genuine and true. You can just see and hear the heart he put into this.
Man Hopsin need to do movies, stage plays, animes, and all. He is soo creative and as always gotta put respect on his name. Shouts out to you for doing you.
Hopsin where are you bro, when the world needs you the most - you need 2 return.. you're the GOAT, don't tell me you quit.. Cmon man! Who else will carry the game then? Em isnt immortal tho..
Me and my brothers miss you hop, i hope your taking care of yourself and come back stronger than ever like em did on the ringer. We love you brother since 2014
I was in a rehab at the beginning of the year. We met Hopsin through video chat. And he was incredibly nice. Actually got to ask him a question. He's down to Earth and very polite. Wished all of us addicts the best in recovery. So blessed to have met him though.
Colt Stewart you need to tell me how you contacted him!!! I just wanna send him a dope idea!! Doubt he would hear me out but I would so give you credit for helping me!! This is a big ask but please I’m down on my luck ready to blow my brains out I’m so tired and this is my last effort help me please tell me how you contacted hopsin!!
"Clearly I'm very mischievous, I got my reasons, no good at burying demons See my name, you should carefully speak it Or you better prepare for some grieving" That is so COLLLDDDDDD!!!
and can we just respect the fact that Hopsin has been able to just find ways to make strides in his music. It’s great to see the growth of an artist like Hop. Definitely deserves more respect in the game, if he hasn’t already.
@@prod_keshav I wasn't gonna check it out cause 99% of self promoters in the comments are dogshit. But, I checked out a couple beats and its actually fire. Keep up the good work my guy.
Thank you brother I am proud to have you as a fellow American keep up the good work keep the faith stay strong right up the darkness and protect the Innocence at all cost and God bless us all except for the wicked
Totally agree, still don't know how LOST with NF didn't blow up, like it doesn't have the most catchy chorus but the bars were deadly, and Alone With Me was Hella relatable, the hook was fire, that blows my mind the most
"If I don't make it" Hop already made it. Put some respect on his name because of what he has accomplished. He could stop making music at this point and still, he will always have a spot in respect amongst the greats.
