all these "outstanding contemporary composers" sound the same (yep, a new kind of "cliche"). how can you say anyone particular is underrated.

@@yanpengtheman Except they don’t sound the same at all… name another composer that sounds like radulescu, i mean maybe a few spectral composers sure but still they have differences

I don't know. I used the recording of the Wellesz upload

As far as I know that is the only available recording: Ortwin Stürmer, Piano, RSO Frankfurt, Lothar Zagrosek, conductor.

hi ross, I can send you the main theme of that concerto....it's actually an old christmas carol from Transylvania, transcribed by Bela Bartok more than 100 years ago. it's in the "Colinde for piano" . I use it also a few times....but just as a jazz tune...
