Brad Richards was born and raised in Leavenworth, KS and moved to Wichita, KS where he currently resides. He received his B.S. in Economics with a dual minor in political science and statistics from Kansas State University. It was at K-State University where his unwavering fervor for poetry as an art form flourished and became an intricate part of his professional and personal growth. Brad has continued integrating and developing his passion for spoken word into his work life as a Lead for America fellow serving with The Kansas African American Museum. Brad is proud to be able to support and uplift the Wichita community through opportunities like this one.
