I like the dr in the black shirts method so much better! Cholesterol is not the enemy at all and statins are bad news

Excellent conversation! The problem with fanatics is that there is no grey zone. All is black or white - with super high convictions. Two concerns I have: The claim is made that low testosterone reduces life span. Is it truly low testosterone that is the cause, or is it the underlying conditions (e. g. obesity, endothelial inflammation) that cause reduced testosterone? Also, kids in their twenties get away with horrible lifestyle, diet, and sleep and still feel great. The argument that because 20-year-olds have high testosterone and DHT levels and still don't get (prostate) cancer is completely flawed. It is not because of their high levels but their young age.

Dr. Fotinos speaks the truth about lack of hormones causing so many issues as women go towards menopause. If only our Dr's could get this education so there wouldn't be so much unnecessary suffering. Estradiol patch and micronized bio identical progesterone (all HRT) needs to be discussed way more in Dr's offices. Hope to see him on more podcasts. ❤ Thank you!
