Its crazy loud! Trust me the video will do it no justice as far as how loud it is! I am uploading part 2 now and hopefully part 3 will be ready by this weekend. And yeah I know what you mean, I don't have any spare cash just laying around either, that's why I had to use plastic money! As a general rule I tend to remove the comments of anyone who tells me I should be burned to death...... but you obviously spent a lot of time and energy trying to cram as many big impressive words into one little comment as you possibly could so I would feel bad just deleting it with one or two clicks of the mouse. +eacardoc1 I thought you might get a chuckle out of it. The real problem I have is with assholes -- which you don't seem to be, but I've learned to not let first impressions prejudice me, so .... Too many seem to think "freedom of speech" includes the "God-given right to annoy, disturb and generally harass" other people; Unfortunately, the State agrees more with them than with the people who would assert with reasonably lethal force their right to peace and tranquil order. I just figured out how ordinary people can use horns like this: whenever you find your locale being harassed through acoustic warfare ("thumping," over-amplified, bass-heavy "music"), blast these at the source. If you're lucky, the offender will be irritated to the point of lashing out, which will justify your self-defense! Problem solved! Just make sure you have adequate back-up: it would be a damned shame to have a patriot taken out by a low-life, disrespectful, ganged-up thug.

+Jesse Ragland I definitely agree that there are people who fit into the needing burnt at the stake category, there are several videos on RU-vid of people just driving around scaring strangers with their train horns just for fun and I can see that going wrong in so many ways... what if the person has a bad heart? what if someone near by is on a ladder and they are startled enough to fall? what if the person is armed (and they should be!) and has no sense of humor? That's why I can honestly say in the 2 years I have had one if these horns on my Honda I have only honked at a stranger (pedestrian) twice and both times it was because I was provoked.. I am however guilty of honking at the semi drivers who see me coming and pull out anyway just because they know my little honda civic is no match for their big rig, to let him know I disapprove of his careless driving (which happens often in front of the truck stop near my home) and yes I am guilty of making my friends jump once or twice just to be funny... but I do agree with you that people who just drive around terrorizing everyone for their own amusement make those of us responsible train horn owners look like A-holes!

@Jesse Ragland I agree with what you said about annoying people, that’s just not cool, but I do believe it can be used in certain scenarios
