Excellent video overall, but the footage from 2.11 to 2.57 is just awesome! I do have a soft spot for the class 60 and that Hornby sound file is superb.
Nice one. Almost similar to the ones that work the Lindsey to Kingsbury diagrams although they used DB Class 60's with the exception of the Preston to Lindsey Bitumen tanks that were Colas 60's as I got 60076 at Barnetby in 2017. This brings back happy memories.
Hi Eugune, Fantastic, very honest reviews. It's an amazing layout you have. The backscenes are jawdropping. I have a question. How do you programme the HM 7000 sound decoders. I've bought one to test and downloaded the app but I'm lost after that. Can I ask what controller you use. I've the hornby elite for the last 15 years but I've recently bought the NCE power cab. Any advice. Thanks.
Nice running. Is the TXS class 60 sound file any different to the older TTS sound file Eugene? To me it seems the same. The Revolution TEAs are really nice, I've loads of them! BUT>>>>read on... **WARNING** When unpacking the TEAs be exceptionally careful to remove them very slowly and gently from the box. Do this over a white tea-towelled table area because if any of the wheels have come out of their bogies in transit, which around a third of mine had, the incredibly tiny little metal axle-end cups which sit in the bogie's axle holes come loose and fall out. they might be lurking inside the box or packaging. These are what give the wagons such smooth and friction free running. If you lose any of them you're buggered! Regards Julian
Not sure if the sound file is the same or not. If nothing else, the additional audio channel will give greater flexibility when multiple sounds need to be played.
