Does Horners Syndrome ever cause a ptosis in one eye (with a smaller pupil that doesn’t dilate as well in dim light) and an upside down ptosis in the OTHER eye? Also, can Hornets Syndrome cause a slight droop on one side of the mouth?

The equivalent of Muller muscle in the lower eyelid isnt it inferior tarsal muscle?

Could an ulnar nerve transposition & nerve block in the neck cause permanent horners syndrome?

I have a horse with this. No couse was found. He is in sweden and is only 4 years old. The diagnos was set in mars 2022. His eye with sourrounding is better sometimes and worse in times. Also sweatin in area of face and ear. If you are close for a check-up you are welcome😅.

Can pupils dilated when I cover one eye ?? And in which condition?
