Near the end of Act 1 I figured most of the companions saw me as a friend but when the party began everyone went full *HORNY BONK MODE*

Ever wonder why your whole party in Baldur's Gate 3 was so horny? Larian Studios accidentally launched the game with the wrong relationship table. A testing table used for debugging romance events was set as the default by error. The bug was fixed in the game's first major patch, but the earliest players dealt with exactly this.

The best part is the reason they were so "eager" was due to a bug according to the devs.

I really feel like the team has built enough chemistry and work so well with each other I really would love if they could make a cohesive show either in old timey settings like this or a full sitcom with the store setting.

Watching Rowan, Ben, and Alan doing this was almost as natural as breathing (still made me giggle a lot), but Britt was on another level, she threw it out of this universe. Watching you guys have so much fun has inspired me to attempt to start my own gaming channel. I love video games and want to play D&D one day, so a run of BG3 seems like a good place to start. However I may have bitten off more than I can chew by deciding to act out all the Tav dialogue in greenscreen....all I can say is it's a far cry from leathercraft and has made me really appreciate just how much bloomin hard work you guys put into these skits. 😵‍💫 You are champions every one of ya! I was sitting here binging this channel, living my life watching all these skits that I find so strange and funny in their own way. This video was different. It changed something deep inside of me. It clicked like my factory reset as I realized what I was watching. As I looked down at myself sitting there in silence watching, I though about my life, was it all really worth it, did I come this far to watch this and wonder why im still here. What is the purpose, why do people watch this, why do I want to watch it again, why do I want to leave a comment expressing how much this scared me. Im like a dog whom looked in the mirror and shat itself from confusion, except from discust. For what we are today from our thoughts of yesterday and our present thoughts build our life tommorow I will think back to this moment with pride, and Cry from utter disturbance. This is so accurate...even down to the player response. This is why an "opt in" romance system is better than an "opt out" one. You end up wanting to sabotage your friendships in the game just to keep them from getting the wrong idea which, in turn, destroys immersion.

I have to admit I think Halsin really let me see what it must be like for some people. "hey, lets hook up!" "no thanks!" later "Hey, I am REALLY into you, I just MUST have you" "I already said no, also -- im dating shadowheart so..." "Well that still works -- ASK HER TO JOIN!" "I SAID NO!" I feel like the rest of the characters were pretty simple one time asks but halsin was freaking relentless. Companions in Baldur's Gate 2 were so reserved that any resemblance of a love scene happened in the end credits of Throne of Bhaal. Baldur's Gate 3 in comparison everyone gets horny as soon as the Goblin camp & Druid grove quest concludes.
