I'm a cashier and I have the exact same rule. If you refuse to put your money in my hand and you choose to put it on the counter instead of my outstretched hand, that is okay with me. But I will put your change on the counter. People literally refused to put their money in my hand but expect me to put the change in their hand. They'll complain to my manager over that and I just tell the manager, I just thought they didn't want to be touched.
As you should. People play crazy but they know that if something is handed to you, then you return it the same way. I’m glad to hear this from a cashiers perspective
I hate when i am using the credit card machine myseld to pay and the clerk is in a big huffy hurry an they snatch my card out of the machine oooooor if they start toching buttons while my card us in it. I try to stay caln but it does piss me off like bibidy authoruzed you to touch my funds. Thats my money ,slow yr ass down an keep your paws to yourself.
