Byron's valent effort to escape by saying it was illegal for him to stay was downright genius! Rob's descriptions of those monsters are so gruesome I can practically smell them through the screen. Blech

Disappointed Rowan didn't go for Avoidance for his special ability. Like how he avoids conversations when he's wrong(runs out of the store with Allan telling him he can't just leave) or when Ellie asks for leave or a pay rise etc.

Really hate reading comments bad mouthing Rob. He's doing an amazing job and he has the patience of a saint. The reason I could see him he lashing out was because its probably a time issue. We as viewers always want longer videos but who knows what's going on BTS. It could be they only have less than 2 hour window to set up and film for each session so Rob knows if he keeps letting them not progress the story then more delays and it will affect later scenes. They could also be filming like 4 other things that day so knows they cant keep that gag of wanting to leave before dinner going forever. He knows these guys way more than we do so he knows that if he doesn't get strict with them then they will keep bantering. He also knows that banter will happen every scene. So he does stuff for a reason and I seriously think if they truly didnt like Rob they wouldn't be doing all of these DND campaigns or they would be trying to get other DM to film stuff and slowly move away. They are friends and people need to stop trying to spread misinformation around

It's so weird that until now Byron was almost invisible in the D&D series. I guess Ben just took up too much of the attention, and now that he's missing Byron's more noticeable! Always thought it was strange how they had Byron as the 5th player in their D&D group and he was there for every session but never had a character.

Dang, I am realizing how much I appreciate the green screen reenactments. They help us visualize your imagination. I really wished scyfy had reenactments too.

You can learn from your mistakes but you can also learn from your successes. A mistake tells you "do it differently next time" but a success tells you "keep doing this". Both are valuable. I think people tend to overstate the usefulness of making mistakes and understate, or outright ignore, the usefulness of doing things right. Mistakes are only useful as long as they eventually lead you to doing things the right way. If you just keep making mistakes, thats not a good thing.

Whoever did sound editing deserves mad props for this.

Its pretty neat Rob went with simple classical monsters most of us know but did a great job of describing why they are still very scary if you actual saw this creatures in real life. Its a shame most modern horror movies feel that over top special effects make horror and just gross things without setting up any great story or interesting twists. They begin to feel the same.

When will they learn, "You can certainly try" means "no."

Hurray! Extra D&D! I was patiently waiting for Thursday, not expecting this treat. Nice! Did you seriously move that huge table to the techtown set? That must have been horrendous. but worth it. That view of Rob's DM screen is beautiful. You guys spoil him. It's sad to see that Ben isn't in this. He would be amazing rolling as low as possible. One more thing I want to mention is that I adore the range of sounds and voices Rob can produce. That scream he did was chilling (and the caption very apt). The added sound effects and music really help complete this horror feel you're going for. All in all, I really enjoyed it and I can't wait for more. Cheers.

This formula just works guys. It's so enjoyable. Hope you guys have as much fun doing it as we do watching it.

I lov how accurate Rowan makes his character, high manipulation skill as he often still gets his way, but low thinking as he's often an idiot, hes a manipulative jackass, yet when it comes time for him to actually be a good manager like Ben's hijinks, he's a dumbass. I love their Bored characters. This is going to be so good. First Bored DND Campaighn set in Tech Town, they really should make this into an acted out special.
