I have been a nurse for 20 years and on my days off I just want to stay in my house and not see anyone or talk to anyone. I wish there was a pill that would make me all better. Such a breath of fresh air to watch your videos. I don't know if you realise just how much you are helping so many of us, old and young, a lot of us struggle with confidence and self worth but to watch you grab life with both hands regardless of size is just magnificent. You're an inspiration and we all love you because we can relate to you. I've left a message before but had to write this as an older woman who has struggled all my life with self worth and feeling so fat and awful. I know it’s hard, but you honestly have the best advice for others. Much like me I’m the worst at taking my own advice. I hope this week is a bit most positive for you, sending so much love and please make sure you prioritise yourself/ your needs, know how much work you put into these videos alongside your other commitments, but the main thing is that you’re focusing on what you need/want too! Loved the chatty vlog, Lauren! 🐰🛞 I’ve been seeing a ton of improvement from the anxiety I was dealing with ever since joining in for the stretches you had for a couple of vlogs and the deep breathing exercises you did as well. Have you ever thought of doing some videos as a series for guided meditation and stretches? I store much of my anxiety within the muscles in my legs and lower back, and no stretch helped me until I tried the ones you did in a previous vlog. You’ve really helped me learn how to reset and reconnect with my body. Thank you so much for providing all of us with such a wonderful safe space away from it all. ❤

I just seem to connect & identify with so much of what you say. I often wonder if you have considered doing a podcast? You are a lovely person & I'm sorry that you are having, a bad mental health week, sometimes it just creeps up on you, I do get that. Self love...its always been a tough one for so many of us lots of us have no idea where to start, I heard someone say imagine a person you love so much needing your care. I tend to go by the principle that if there isn't a monitoring/policing system in place for something then who cares. Nobody is in charge of your life but you. We all have these daft expectations and standards, whether for ourselves or others. If you don't get stuff done then who is actually going to tell you off? If you don't feel like doing something then who is checking up? If you make up excuses to get out of something then who is going to snitch, and to who? Tell the inner critic to naff off and if anyone else doesn't like it then tough, not your problem. We need to stop comparing, stop trying to keep up with people we don't even know, and stop worrying about what others might think. Easier said than done to not beat ourselves up, I know. But from what I see, you are a fabulous human being Lauren, with a tremendous sense of humour and such a warm, humble soul. Rabbit wheels must now become a thing and that's all down to you ❤
