Yes very true, I was laid off on 15th April , Hr asked me to resign. At least 25-30 employees were laid off which I know of . The funny thing is , same company posting job openings on linkedIn , trust me these are fake job openings.

In terms of indian economy tcs, wipro Infosys will surely grow but in terms of foreign branches in USA and europe tcs is under trouble due to Transamerica contract cancellation and us court filed case against tcs for stealing dxc companies secret trade that means in terms of us and europe concept tcs will shutdown foreign branch like how tcs permanently closed Morocco branch and importantly tcs may loose it's importance in USA and europe that means anytime tcs may shutdown foreign branch in USA and europe but in terms of indian economy tcs grows well

@@ivar-jm7vj same i am also 27 only, i am currently focusing on banking sector , long term will be UPSC … bro , for this year i am not planning for banking sector exams . Bcs , i need a switch right now. So preparing for interviews first. As a java developer having experience of 3years , i need to learn alot of new things as well. So giving plenty of times to improve that. With in 2-3 months i ll make a switch i guess. By 1 year i have to get a banking job . And trust me it is possible, it is not that hard. My 5-6 friends are PO right now with their 1st attempt. For the time being i am preparing for English, articles and all those thing. Don’t pressurise yourself. Do one thing . 9-10 hrs in weekend focus on your job part learn new things at that time only. Read anything for exams for 2hrs daily. I sleeping at 11pm , waking up at 3 am sharp . Getting so much of time to study bro 😅. I can’t even believe 3-9am , from these hours just utilising 4 hrs no. In weekend revision is needed for all the thing you read in those week days.

Trust me mujhe kuch nahi atta… phir me i am curious to know these things . Once i completely read these things in 2months. My next switch hike will be minimum 100%😅… 14/15lakhs bro. Remember one thing , make your “ why am I doing all these hard work? “ strong. It will fuel you . Bdw i am preparing for state level civil services exam as well . 2025-26 i guess. Will be tough but has my dream to serve people. Bro everything is possible if you maintain your consistency. Good luck. Choose wisely. Stay strong. Remember you have a job , be grateful for that.

I suggest you go and join, sometime they revoke the offer. Suppose you have a 3 month notice period. Nowadays no one wants to wait 3 months. every time a client has immediate work they want who can join soon and work. that's why companies are revoking offers.

I think what he is saying is might be true(ofcourse true at some extent)but companies still hiring people.Currentrly infy hiring at scale,i got placed this month but yes interview calls are less in number.They need experience,lesser notice period and avg package.But guys keep brushing up ur interview preparation and just try regularly to visit ur job platforms like naukri etc.Regular study keeps u motivated n less anxiety.

@@debayanbanerjee811Bhai Jo bahar se dekhte hai unhe aesa hi lagta hai. Pahle jab office jana rahta tha to jitne der working hours hai, utne der hi kaam karna hota. But ab to tum kahi se v, kabhi v login kar sakte... To tumhara koi fixed time ni rahta, jaroorat pade to raat me jag ke v karna padta hai... Agar koi problem fix ni ho paya weekdays me to fir weekend me usko fix karna padta hai... Aur wo sab ke baad v koi respect ya authority ni rahta. Company ko jab v cost cutting karna hoga, wo nikal denge without reason

@@Sharmason03 abhi first round agar nahi bhi mila toe koi nahi at least call toe aya . But mae market nahi manta hu agar mera andar kuch hae toe mil jayaga mera level mae jada expectation karega toe tab ja key manunga market kharab hae . Master Card mae easy e questions tha jada hard nahi . ..

Banking sector toh bohot zyada bura hai, one day you go office and suddenly you're told by managers to give resign or you'll not get any paper Innocent employees ko toh itna sataata hai banking sector, first of all it's completely sales job and secondly manager har 30 min mei update leta hai where are you send your location, lunch hours 2-3 pm rehta hai but 2:30 se tumne update dekr kaam shuru kar dena chahiye If you were not able to sell any bank products toh shaam mei reporting ke time literally maa behen ke gaaliyaan sunne milti hai

@@parthorum4186 are na na aisa ni hai mai sure hu bas IT sector updated honeko mangta hai updated rhoge toh kaam chlega ni toh ghr chleja.... baki yar yea bto meri friend hai banking mai hai uska aab loan department hai insourance baki vo bada easily se kr le rhi hai baki tough toh batati hai.. baki sach mai itna bura haal hai kya

@@anudipray4492 bhai agar sattle he hona hai toh security ki job kr lena ya koi repairing field mai chle jata ya network engneer mai ni toh kisi or field mai gye toh sab bekar hai
