OP should send a massive text to the rest of the rest of her and her ex's families explaining why she and Jack had a falling out. Aside from that, unless OP is leaving alot of stuff out, she hasnt done anything to warrant the cease and desist, so I doubt it has any actual teeth. Also, the ex-husband seems full of BS. If it was about hate vs love, then money wouldnt have been what they asked for. He also completely dodged the question about the girl.
