Horrific deputy-on-inmate brutality in LA jails 

It's not just in LA. It's everywhere. Correction Officers are out of control.

I've been to LA County Jail I've seen the abuse first hand.. Basically you even so much as look up at prison staff wrong or give attitude your likely to get your head smashed into a wall or plexiglass window

4-years later.. This is still going on.

They teach them to yell stop resisting so they can hurt peole, Ya I know this, dont matter if your innocent or not

I know this vid is a bit stale but I saw more than one occasion similar to what the chaplain is describing (and worse). I was arrested and had a gun planted on me 2 weeks after I got home from Afghanistan. I didn't think racism like what I saw every day even EXISTED in this country. If I were any race other than white, I don't think I'd have lived through an LASD jail. If you guys ever need somebody to talk about some of the things that went on in there, I'm there. I'll even do it in full uniform (I'm retired). I'm so glad they finally indicted Baca...they should make him serve his full sentence in CJ or Twin Towers - a hell of his own making.

Ive been to county jail those sherrifs are fucking mean and rude even to the elderly its unbealivable .u can tell they hate working there .

It only stops if citizens take every legal action available to them to combat it. Or, ignore it and hope it fixes itself, and pray that it never happens to you.
