Aww. Look at the babies! They hatch from an egg and from the looks of it that was only one egg. Each egg can have about a thousand babies. So you have an adult female somewhere who was able to make a full web to put the egg on. The good news is that they don't eat much. The bad news is it could get out of hand very fast were it goes from thousands of spider to millions of spiders. Good luck.
