This home was a tragic example of animal hoarding, neglect, and suffering from over 30 kittens and cats who were left behind without any food or water at a property that in a matter of weeks will be demolished. Many were too late to save. I called a cat rescue center in who on this afternoon pulled 21 cats out from the basement and house to go to their safe facility and find forever homes. This was one of the worst situations I have ever seen or been a part of.
