A great horse riding games you missed out which I own for the xbox360 is 'My horse and me 2', your kids/adults will enjoy it, the horses are realistic in it though customisation for horses is just colours, there's dressage, showjumping and crosscountry in real FEI courses. Thanks for your video, I have bought most of the games reviwed on it, I used to be a riding instructor before my spine was broken and have been missing riding.
