This happened to me! The beautician gawked at me, shouted across the store at the other employees and talked to me with disgust saying my hair was dead. Just dead and dry. When my boyfriend approached to see what was up, she pulled on my hair and explained to him how dead my hair was. She humiliated the heck out of me. I'll never forget it.
It's hard to wash your hair when you know that tomorrow is just going to get sweaty and dusty all over again 😂 A quick rinse and scalp scrub in the shower usually suffixes🙃
Hay prices! Every little bit counts! 😂😂 Also, my brain has two modes-- horse costs and other costs. $100 for monthly horse supplements? That's not so bad! $1900 dressage saddle that correctly fits me and my horse? No question. $30 on something for myself that I actually really need? Meh, I can get by 😂
😂😂😂 This was just hilarious. I lost it the first time when you wanted to keep the hay, then again when she put on gloves, and again when you said you were using laundry detergent 🤣 Actually, I'm still tearing up
Cowboy magic and Mane 'n Tail are literally the best lol! I have the Mane 'n Tail shampoo, conditioner and hoof cream (I use this for hand ceam)...and use it on myself lol! So accurate! Great work!
GIRLS! Don't use Mane n Tail on your hair! It has silicone in it - great for detangling but it causes breakage! You CAN use Knotty Horse which is botanicals like almond and apricot oil. Smells better too!
Detangler is great. I use it on my horse, my own hair and my long haired cat. On Saturday my hairdresser came (she comes to the house as my son is autistic) and she spotted the detangler on the kitchen counter so she grabbed it and put some on my daughter's hair also 😁. Now the only one not using it is my husband and he hasn't got enough hair to worry about tangles ha ha.
I'm a horse girl and a cosmetologist. It has only helped my poor hair a little. I did go about 3 years without a trim at one point 😵. When I see someone all glammed up all the time (lots of makeup and hair perfectly done) and they claim to be a horse person, I secretly question their claims.
I am watching this again because you guys are just too funny! (Actually dish soap works pretty well on hair. I stopped using shampoo like a year ago.😂)
Every time I work at the barn and just- help with hay and stuff this video totally explains me… 😂😂. I probably have more tangles in my hair than my horse 😅 Edit: get this to 1k likes
It's the same for duck people too. I died when you said you had a mane brush in your purse. They make perfect travel combs. Also when you said you lost some hair in the gate hinge, pretty sure that's a true story. 😂
🤣 Oh my gosh, the timing of this is amazing - I just set up my first haircut in two and a half years today, my hair is long enough I sit on it... It's finally driving me crazy enough to go get a trim 😅 and I use mane and tail most of the time 😆 (ladies if you want your hair to grow FAST... yeah)
This is me every day. Why take a shower when I am going to go right back to the barn the next morning and get dirty all over again...? (Yes I do still take showers tho, don't judge!)
A typical horsey person, will spend a fortune on caring for the horses, the house can be almost falling down and they can look like a Dartmoor Pony that's just come off the moor but hey, who cares.
