Hi friends! 😍 Today's lesson is a fun one as I have a different instructor, who I've never had teach me before, since my trainer is away at a horse show. I get to ride Pumpkin Spice, who I haven't had a lot of opportunities to ride lately! I also don't have a lot of experience jumping Pumpkin and this lesson was... let's just say, interesting ahah You don't want to miss this one!
All the action in my horse riding lesson is captured on my trusty GoPro, so you can feel like you're right in the saddle with me. So grab your helmet, saddle up, and let's hit the arena together! ❤️

@@RidewithClara thank youu so so so much for always ansering it really means the world to me like I was a biggener and troting I would always lose my stirrup and once I almost fell of cus I wasn't doing normal canter I was "standing" on stirrups and then I had losed one😬

Ok a tip for losing stirrups every saddle is different so most likely your stirrups were a bit long shortening them REALLY helps at least from my experience

This helped a lot- I struggled so much with it but now I know the exact setting for it so shortening it definitely helps a lot 😭

Youre not the only one, i have been dreaming about riding horses 8 years, and still im not able to ride and i probably will never. I wish every day i could learn and do everything with horses, horses are the only thing that makes me feel normal and not annoyed than every other thing. I wish i could afford riding lessons.

same. I used to ride weekly, but then i moved and there arnt many horse riding facilities near me. the ones that are here are fully booked and it just sucks. But i'm re contacting them soon to check if any spaces opened up and im just hoping 🤞🏼

I'm not sure if you're aware of this but I tried looking for other beginner riders posting their lessons on RU-vid, and most riding vlogs are with experienced riders. Or first time lessons with no follow ups. Clara, your channel is unique. Keep up your lessons! I hope you keep making this content for us but more than that I just hope you keep with the lessons. It's obvious how much you love horses❤

I have been riding and i ride an ottb and he is 14 and soooooo sweet and funny iv'e never fallen off i have just started jumping and he makes sure and takes car of me!!! his name is Hawk and he's a dark bay!! i have been riding him for 5-6 months or so and he trust me so much and will go thru a tunnel of poles (just two poles on the ground and u go thru them) all by himself without me asking!!

You did amazing I've been jumping for years and I still can't see a stride most of the time or I can and I just sit there and don't do anything about it so don't beat yourself up it looks amazing:)

Ahh Clara!!! You’ve been doing sooo well!!! Everyone has off days!! You did so well sitting her long distances! Also don’t worry I can almost never see a stride!! Also I did my first canter just back that week! I’ve been loving my new barn!! I can’t wait until you are doing bigger courses and jumps!! That last jump in your course was definitely bigger than the jumps you’ve been doing!! You’ve improved so much!! I remember when you were just starting to canter!! You’ve are doing sooo incredibly well!! Can’t wait to see what you do in the future but I know whatever it is it will be amazing!! Don’t ever give up!! You’ve got this Clara!! ♥️♥️

I went to a ride on thursday after a 9-month break and to a new stable. Lesson went badly because I didn't know how to sit trot anymore and I almost fell there several times D: I decided that next time i go ride when i have job and money for regular riding.
