These two have a _REALLY_ fun duo dynamic that we don't get enough of. I'm so glad that *Mechabellum* is bringing us all these fun Angory Yog pairups. More plz.
With Cost-Control actually being my preferred start, I think the key is stacking upgrades. Having weaker baseline stats can quickly fall to the wayside when you have multiple special abilities on the same unit!
chaff unit + range upgrade, sprinkle in some giant units and keep spamming. cost control has the best shenanigans, ‘specially if you get deployment specialist or mass production.
I would love a 4 hour horse video or just one where you actually play it out until someone gets to a full horse instead of just hor.. lol.I ended up buying it because of you and it is so fun even though I dont have friends to play it with lol. Please continue the mechabellum videos bro
Great video! A small suggestion or request for Josh or whoever else edits these videos: it would be very helpful to see which cards at the beginning and between the rounds both players pick. It makes it easier to follow in what is sometimes slightly confusing gameplay.
Had an idea for the HORSE graphic. Since the mechabellum are first to three, perhaps filling in the letters based on which round was won. Instead of attempting to build the word for each player.
This is the closest thing I can get to watch these two actually lead giant armies of mechs and tanks and doomsday weapons against one another (unless they have a video where they play Warhammer against each other) and I love it
It’s a shame Tom abandoned those missiles in the second game, they were perfectly placed to catch Spiff’s marksmen, mustangs and crawlers as they clumped, and Spiff was doing nothing to counter Tom from doing it again.
Daily reminder that Tom is an amazing person and to thank him for all he has done/will do - Day 1312 Oh Hell Ye, Spiff and Tom on Mecha HORSE :D grand time :D, I can see why Tom was training now XD I tell you, every episode the Combat Power comes up XD ha ha, glad it's like a running thing :D My god, the Hackers on M4R8, damn, those poor boys. Seems they were just far too eager to get into the fight XD Jesus, this was a close episode, seems Tom and Spiff are rather evenly matched :O Oh no, damn, well I wish I was a member (aka I wish youtube members was a thing in my country) so I could see that Crawler round OOOOO, now now now, a 2 VS 2 with Tom, Spiff and PFlax, now that sounds like a grand time indeed :D Damn, the very "none" sexual language and tension on this episode was high indeed XD ha ha
It's kinda sad that no one in the Yogscast seems to understand that hackers are in fact one of the most powerful units in the game. All they require to be effective is to simply just not put them on the front lines like every Yogscast member always does; put them behind a Fortress, or Melting Point, or Vulcan far enough back that the fighting will start before the hacker gets there, and one hacker can literally steal half of your opponent's army. After all it doesn't matter what your opponent's strategy is if you rip it out of their hand and make it your strategy instead.
Dear(est) Editor, Can you please pick one side of the battlefield to spectate and stick with it? It's really confusing to hop all over the place. I know there's the little 99% invisible "TOMPOV" on the side, but that's not doing it for me. Could just be me (in which case, carry on), but I think these cuts kinda ruin the flow of the video.
