possible that if pressures were low it was over freezing in the auger and the little spinning blade couldn’t cut the harder ice hence the noise at the beginning, not a pro but my guess after servicing and maintaining these models in the past
Mayhap - however it’s been producing since Friday when we added the charge, which is what the location needed. Monday morning cleaning before they open and it’s the best if both. You’re not wrong. But you recall i said it’s my physical location so I can do things differently I never shy away from criticism and appreciate the insight. You’ll see I quite often go with the “ridiculous” option 👍
1st of all. Keep your fingers from them damn gears. I saw you looking at that spindle. 👀 2nd you mentioned that you just cleaned it. Cleaner left in the system can cause that very same issue until its all out and you have clean water only. Try flushing it for a while. 3rd you might want to check that lower seal. It should stop after a good 30 mins.
The cleaning was a different tech and it was just a dry clean of the condenser coils. He didn’t do an evap cleaning. I’m aware that the auger bearings can get a little play in them and then the auger can make contact with the evaporator = the end. We’ll see. I was well away from the “spinny parts” 😂 camera got a good zoom. Thanks for the insight. 👍
@@restaurantrepairs then it's time for a cleaning of the Evaporator cylinder. The extra resistance will cause the machine to throw that error. Soak it for a few, drain the soak it again, run it for a while then drain. That will take care of the issue.
