Your online following is strong and growing by the day. A lot of “influencers” with 2M followers have little engagement. I think people will love the supps, given they are priced right and the flavors are good.

Great video. I have a question for you.. I've been going to the gym for 3 years now and and my question is, if I've been doing something and making gains and progress but it goes against what everyone else is doing should I keep going? because if it's not broken don't fix it. Or should I do what everyone else is doing/saying and see what happens? (Food related, nutrient timing, protein sources) Sorry didn't mean make it so long.

Broooo!!! I got some sleeves and started doing the tiger balm 🐅 then ice when I take them off and HUUUUUGE difference in how my elbows feel the next day!!!! One of my favorite tips you have ever given me personally, can I put the sleeves on with tiger balm while just doing normal day stuff to help heal the tendons by pulling blood to them? Or is it only while training ? THANKS AGAIN FOO!!!💪😁💪

Great content always learn something. As far as training goes I think people over complicate it. If you love training and experiment too find out what works best for u. U will get results. Don’t be a copy cat, take things from different people implement them. If they work keep them if they don’t throw them out. If U truly love training in my opinion u will never have a bad workout because u love doing it.#therapy.

Great content! Question... do you recommend to commit to the same exercises for a workout cycle for hypertrophy, or is it better to change up the exercises and go with instinctual training. Really good videos man! Good idea keeping this channel free from gear topics. I have a question regarding carb cycling as I've never done it. I'm with a coach who is really old fashioned when it comes to diet etc but he's really knowledgeable. I'm 22 5ft 10 and 217pounds and my macros are : Calories 5,134, Carbs: 546, protein 464g and Fats 75g. Felt the protein was a lot but had good results so far. Anyway now you have some stats my question is how would you structure your carb cycle if you were me? I want to put on as much quality muscle whilst staying leaner to ensure that. With those numbers if you were me monday- Sunday how would you adjust those carb numbers? I know this is a long comment but wanted to give you all the info about me so you could answer the question :)
